After graduating from SkyView Academy in 2018, Tiana Schwarz went on to earn her B.S. in Computer Science (Cum Laude) from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs in 2023. During her time at UCCS, she founded the Collegiate Climbing Team and went on to win first place in her category for both bouldering and sport climbing at Collegiate Nationals.

Since graduation, Tiana has achieved her Security+ certification and now works as a Sustainment Cyber Test Engineer for the U.S. Space Force MILSATCOM program. Alongside her cybersecurity career, she also coaches youth and adult climbers as a USA Climbing Level 2 Coach and competes for Escape Climbing.

Tiana currently splits her time between cybersecurity, web development, and coaching at Springs Climbing Center. “I love how each part challenges me to problem-solve and create—whether that means improving a system, building something new, or helping someone grow on the wall,” she says. “It reminds me that you can build a life that connects all the things you care about.”
When she’s not working, Tiana enjoys traveling to competitions or spending time outdoors on local climbing trips with friends.
Her favorite SkyView memories include being part of the track and field and volleyball teams, and taking Literature of Film and Creative Writing with Mr. Ray. “He encouraged us to think deeply and care about what we were learning,” she recalls.
Tiana’s advice for current SVA students: “Find mentorship. You never really feel ready, so just do your best and stay open to learning from people who’ve been where you want to go.”

SkyView Academy graduate Anna Dilanyan (Class of 2021) has built an impressive path since her time at SVA. After earning her B.A. in Criminal Justice with a Criminology Certificate from the University of Colorado Denver, Anna now serves as a police officer in the Denver metro area.
During college, Anna was a member of the Criminal Justice Honor Society (Alpha Phi Sigma) and the Honors Scholars Program. She was also selected as a Squad Leader during her police academy training, a role that recognized her leadership and professionalism.

Her studies also took her abroad, where she participated in a study program in England focused on violence against women in the 1800s and the Jack the Ripper case. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, going to concerts, and staying connected with her SkyView friends whenever possible.
Looking back, Anna recalls her senior sunrise and senior movie night as standout memories, especially during a challenging senior year marked by Covid restrictions. “The staff and faculty at SVA really went out of their way to help us have meaningful experiences,” she said. Anna also volunteered regularly at the library and the elementary Book Fair, and still helps when her schedule allows.
Anna shares genuine advice that many students can relate to:
"To the current and future high school students (including my sisters who are currently in high school): it’s ok to not know what you want to do, and it’s ok to change your mind. I changed my major in college several times before I decided on criminal justice after I had an internship with a police department. Enjoy your time in both high school and college. It’s the time to try new things and learn what you enjoy. Don’t do anything that doesn’t make you happy; it will burn you out."

After graduating from SkyView Academy in 2020, Dani Fraser went on to attend CU Boulder, where she studied Real Estate and laid the groundwork for her career in the industry.
Dani now works in commercial real estate finance in New York City, bringing her skills and dedication to one of the most exciting real estate markets in the country. Recently, she was honored to join the DaVinci Explorers Committee for the New York Junior League, a philanthropic society focused on community service and women’s leadership—a role she’s proud to be part of.
When she looks back on her SkyView days, Dani fondly remembers her time on the high school soccer team. “Those girls were great, and we laughed a lot,” she says. “I will always remember the fun we had goofing around.”
Dani leaves current SkyView students with a piece of advice that truly resonates: “You will never regret choosing to be self-disciplined.”

After graduating from SkyView Academy in 2019, Hannah Neubert (Dempsey) continued her education at Taylor University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with minors in Health & Wellness and Counseling.
At Taylor, Hannah made her mark both in the classroom and on the soccer field. She graduated Summa Cum Laude and served as junior and senior captain of the women’s soccer team—helping lead the program to its first two national tournament appearances in school history.

Since college, life has been full and joyful for Hannah. She married her best friend, Cade, and the two will celebrate their third wedding anniversary at the end of this year. Together, they love spending time doing CrossFit, traveling, and playing with their miniature dachshund, Hazel.
Professionally, Hannah began her career in the healthcare industry, where she discovered a genuine passion for helping others. That experience inspired her to branch out and become a self-employed health insurance broker for individuals and small groups—a role that allows her to chase big goals while staying present with her family, something that means the world to her.

Looking back on her SkyView days, Hannah smiles, remembering overnight trips for soccer and basketball, especially the unforgettable journey to Delta, Colorado, for the state basketball tournament after SkyView’s first-ever conference win. “We had the best time running around that little town!” she says.
Hannah’s advice for current SkyView students is simple but heartfelt: “Live in the moment and be present with your friends, teachers, and family. You only get this experience once—don’t try to grow up too fast.”
