Dear Parents/Guardians,

HS Spring conferences are on March 12, 2026, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. They are by invitation only. Teachers will send out a sign-up link (as needed). We seek to partner with families. If you wish to schedule a conference but did not receive an invitation, please email the teacher to check availability.

Should you receive an email regarding conference sign-up, please make sure you sign up for the appropriate teacher, as it is organized by department.

If you encounter any difficulties with scheduling or have any questions about the process, please feel free to contact Mr. Bridgham (cbridgham@svak12.org) or Mrs. Schuman (kschuman@svak12.org). We would be happy to assist you.

Spring Sports Offered:

• MS Girls Soccer: Game Schedule
• MS Boys & Girls Track and Field: Meet Schedule
  • All Meet/Game Schedules are subject to change

Tryout Locations:

• HS Girls Soccer- Practice will be 2:30-4:00 pm. Big Turf on the SkyView Academy Campus
• HS Boys/Girls Track/Field Practice will be 3:30-5:00 pm at Small Turf on the SkyView Academy Campus, then moved to the Big Turf at 4:00 pm.

Mandatory Parent Meeting

Once teams are announced, there will be a mandatory parent meeting on Monday, March 23rd, from 4-5:30 pm. Additional details will be shared after team selections are finalized.

Tryout Eligibility Requirements

Before participating in tryouts, each student-athlete must complete the following:

1. Register and pay through TeamSnap.
2. Submit an updated CHSAA-certified sports physical to Jake Gregory
   (See required forms at the bottom of the SVA Athletics Webpage.

If either requirement is incomplete by March 9th, the student-athlete will be ineligible to participate. No exceptions.
