MS/HS Updates
Off-campus privileges for eligible juniors and seniors will begin on August 17, 2026.
To be eligible, the following must be completed:
- Junior/Senior Off-Campus Form
- Please note that school eligibility requirements exist for this privilege
- Attendance Notification Form (study hall/early release section)
For Study Hall in Periods 1, 2, and/or 7-Late Arrival/Early Dismissal:
- Complete the Attendance Notification Form.
- Select “Recurring Late Arrival/Early Dismissal” for the study hall period(s).
- This only needs to be submitted once for the school year.
Per Colorado attendance requirements, these forms must be on file before off-campus privileges can be granted. Students who have not completed forms will be required to remain on campus during study hall and lunch periods.
High School Schedule Changes
High school students needing a schedule change may sign up to meet with an Assistant Principal on August 10 or 11 (9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m., by appointment only) using the SignUpGenius link. If appointments are full, students may schedule a meeting during the first week of school by scanning the QR code posted around the school.
Please complete a Schedule Change Form before your appointment. Forms available in the high school office.
The add/drop deadline is August 28. After this date, schedule changes are rarely approved, as they may impact transcripts, and will be considered only on a case-by-case basis.
